If placing a simple order, please be sure to include the model numbers, the quantity of each model, and specify any colors and engraving information. If your order entails more than three different products, very specific engraving instructions, or a long list of names, we ask that you please type these in a Word or Excel document and e-mail them to us as an attachment. When sending any logo or graphic, please make sure the image is no smaller than you would like it to apear on the award. Standard completion date is one week from confirmation. Please include event date if time is a factor.
